The " Null Quay " Started at the end of XIXème century (1882) in order to enable the fishermen
to reach directly the factories located in the district of the Cross, it
was completed in 1901.
It offered however only one precarious shelter in the event of bad weather, from where its
name. The storm of 1987 damaged and since it awaits its rehabilitation. |
The vault of the Cross The oldest document mentioning the vault is the Reformation of Baillées
of 1539 which announces " Nostre Dame of the " Cross ". The godfather of the bell was
Jérome Bonaparte but the bell-tower goes back only to 1854. |

The oceanographic laboratory Created in 1859 by Coste, first inspector of maritime fishings for the study
